The Downtown Waterfront is a joint partnership between the Port of Bellingham and Harcourt Developments, an international property development company with a proven track-record in large-scale urban regeneration projects. Harcourt has successfully developed other waterfront parcels in cities around the world.

Following the completion of the iconic Granary Building, Harcourt will start construction on waterfront condominiums with underground parking.
Additional projects include a “Gateway” commercial office building near the Granary, a retirement and assisted living complex, and the conversion of Georgia Pacific’s former Boardmill building into a hotel and conference center.
